The Problem That Our Customers Face (Video Transcript)
The problem our customers face is these small, outdated, divided kitchen sinks. They can't fit anything inside them. No pots, no pans. They don't wash dishes any longer inside of a sink. That's what the dishwasher does, but now they're sitting with this eyesore which dates the entire kitchen, and it's a problem. And when they reach out to the plumber, the plumber says, we don't cut and polish granite in a way that's gonna be suitable and the kitchen countertop guys want to sell countertops. And so, we slide in between the two, and we're able to make this retrofitted farmhouse sink, if you will, look like it's been there forever. And the trend, and it's been going for five, six, seven years, is a farmhouse single bowl deep sink where you can rack and stack your plates before they go into the dishwasher. That's the problem that people are facing all across America, and there's a plethora of these sinks. They're all over the show. So, because of this problem, it obviously in itself creates an opportunity for us and for business. And the opportunity is we can help you upgrade your sink, which upgrades your entire kitchen for a fraction of the cost without replacing your countertops. And that's the ticket, and we do it in a professional way that looks like it's always been there.
